Once I have downloaded my file, how do I get it on my Kindle, iPad, iPhone etc?
Disclaimer:
Whilst I have tested the three file types (mobi, ePub and PDF) on Kindle, iPad and iPhone I cannot provide support on opening these files on Android. I am not an Android user. Android does, however, support the reading of all of these file types. More information can be found here:

Kindle
Full instructions on sending to Kindle e-ink readers and Kindle Fire can be found here.
iPhone, iPad
Make sure you have the Kindle app installed on your device. Download the mobi file and choose to open it in the Kindle app.
PC and Mac
PDF: On PC, use an appropriate reader such as Adobe Acrobat. Mac will open the file automatically.
ePub: On PC, use a reader such as EPUB File Reader. On Mac, use iBooks.
Kindle (mobi): Install the Kindle app.
